Spence attended Wheaton College. There, she was a stand-out athlete earning recognition as a 3-time All-American, while also contributing to 6 NCAA DIII team National Championships. As a coach Kim has guided her athletes to dozens of conference, regional, and national honors.

Miles was named the 2016 NCAA Division III National Assistant Coach of the Year and has seen his sprinters qualify for either the indoor or outdoor Division III NCAA Track & Field Championships every year
Coach Ketchum is the Head Track & Field Coach at Brandeis University. Prior to Brandeis, Miles was the Head Track & Field Coach at WPI. Miles was named the 2016 NCAA Division III National Assistant Coach of the Year and has seen his sprinters qualify for either the indoor or outdoor Division III NCAA Track & Field Championships every year he has been with the program, culminating in 18 All-American performances. A 2012 graduate of Wheaton (MA), Ketchum capped his collegiate career with an All-America performance in the 4x400-meter relay to go along with NEWMAC titles in the 4x100 and 4x400 relay. He is certified by the USTFCCCA in the Sprints, Hurdles and Relays, Strength & Conditioning, as well as the Jumping Events.

Coach Amber is the sprints & hurdles coach at Babson College. Spencer joined the Beavers' coaching staff after wrapping up a tremendous four-year career at Wheaton College in 2014. She earned All-America honors in both the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays at the 2014 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships and the 4x400 meter relay at the 2014 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships. Spencer has made a major impact since joining the coaching staff at Babson College. Both the men's and women's programs have set new records in the 100-, 200-, and 400-meter events, in addition to earning a combined six all-conference honors in sprints since 2016.

Prior to her time with the Hawkeyes, Leonard served as the Track and Field Operations Assistant at Florida State University. Leonard served as the Assistant Track and Field Coach, along with a Recruiting Coordinator title, at Ripon College in 2021-22.

Doherty was a standout track athlete at North Attleboro High, and he went on to spend time as a member of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) Track & Field and Golf programs. Doherty began his coaching journey at Bishop Feehan High School (MA). More recently he coach

Coach Salem is the Director of Track & Field/Cross Country at UMass Dartmouth, where he’s guided the Corsairs to four Little East Conference Indoor & Outdoor Track & Field Championship team titles and Coaching Staff of the Year recognitions since taking over the programs in 2018. In his 15-year career as a NCAA DIII coach, Salem has helped dozens of student-athletes achieve conference, regional, and national success, including nearly 50 NCAA qualifiers, 25+ All-Americans, and multiple NCAA champions. Salem earned his Master's of Sports Leadership from Northeastern in 2017. He competed in the throws during his undergrad at Boston University, and holds specialist certifications in the Throws, Jumps, Distance, Combined Events, and Strength & Conditioning from the USTFCCCA. Originally from Sutton, Massachusetts, he now resides on the South Coast.
Coach O’Connell is the Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country/Distance Coach at UMass Dartmouth. He has earned specialist certifications from USTFCCCA in strength and conditioning, endurance, jumps event, sprints, hurdles, & relays.

Coach O’Connell is the Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country/Distance Coach at UMass Dartmouth. He has earned specialist certifications from USTFCCCA in strength and conditioning, endurance, jumps event, sprints, hurdles, & relays.
Prior to UMass Dartmouth, O’Connell had a three-year stint as the Head Cross Country and Track & Field coach at Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH. While at CSC O'Connell led the team to 3 Cross Country GNAC Championships and led them to one GNAC Championship in Track & Field. In his three years at CSC O’Connell guided 49 athletes to all-conference honors. He also had four GNAC Athlete of the Year Athletes and two Rookie of the Year Athletes. O’Connell was named GNAC Coach of the Year four times in his three years in New London. O’Connell attended Springfield College and graduated in 2013. While at Springfield O’Connell was a 3x NCAA qualifier twice in cross country and once in the 1500 meters.

Before the coaches box, Kelly Allen was an 11-time NCAA Championship qualifier for Tufts University, earning five All-American honors across the discus and weight throw. The three-time All-New England Discus champion & 11-time NE DIII Champion still holds the Division III New England Championship record in discus. Expanding her range across the circle and runway, she was an eight-time NESCAC Champion in the discus, shot, hammer, and javelin.
